Immediate Concerns (Within 12 Hours of Receipt): If your order arrives with any defects or issues, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt. Email us clear images and a detailed description of the defect to awakensaintsinfo@gmail.com. Once we verify the defect, we will issue a full store credit.

Issues After 7 Days: If you notice a problem with your product more than 7 days after receipt, you may be eligible for a store credit ranging from 10% to 50% of the product's value. This is based on the nature and severity of the issue.

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made are final. While we offer store credit for certain issues as mentioned above, we do not provide refunds or accept returns for shipped products.
